The entire month of May, CountryHouse in Grand Island is celebrating family caregivers of those with dementia. Nominate a caregiver today and we’ll surprise a select number of caregivers with goodies just for them! 

CountryHouse in Grand Island is recognizing the heart, patience, and strength it takes to care for someone living with dementia. We’re accepting nominations on a rolling basis throughout the month of May and will be delivering small surprises to selected local caregivers — just to say “we see you, and we appreciate you.”

If you know someone providing care to a loved one with memory loss, nominate them for a little love and recognition! Caregivers may be spouses, adult children, close friends, or neighbors — anyone offering regular care and support.

Please submit nominations for caregivers who live within approximately 45 miles of our community. We’ll take nominations on an ongoing basis and will honor a select number before the end of May. If we honor your nominee, we’ll let you know!
