The entire month of May, CountryHouse is recognizing the heart, patience, and strength it takes to care for someone living with dementia. We’re accepting nominations on a rolling basis throughout the month of May and will be delivering small surprises to selected local caregivers — just to say “we see you, and we appreciate you.”
If you know someone providing care to a loved one with memory loss, nominate them for a little love and recognition! Caregivers may be spouses, adult children, close friends, or neighbors — anyone offering regular care and support to a loved one.
Please submit nominations for caregivers of individuals with dementia who live within 20 miles of our community, including the cities of Granite Bay, Rocklin, Roseville, Loomis, Citrus Heights, Folsom, and Orangevale.
