Below are just a few of the reasons why many have come to trust our services:

Expert Memory Care

Following the diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, it is paramount to find a community that truly specializes in memory care services. Here at CountryHouse, memory care is all that we do, meaning that we are highly versed in what unique challenges are associated with cognitive decline. You can trust that our compassionate staff will be there to help every step of the way.

Homelike & Secure Environment

Safety and security should always be a top priority, but so should creating a welcoming, homelike environment. Our Alzhimer’s care in Omaha offers the perfect balance of both, seamlessly blending together a community that implements safety measures without sacrificing any of the hospitality and warmth.

Holistic Support

Caring for someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease doesn’t boil down to a singular service or amenity. Instead, it is the embodiment of many variables that combine synergistically to create a holistic and well-rounded approach. From necessities like medication management and proper nutrition to offering a robust activity calendar and engaging outings, we are here to provide support for the whole person.

Personalized Care Plans

Because dementia is not one size fits all, neither should be the support you receive. We strive to meet each person exactly where they are and tailor our care to better serve their individual needs. By implementing personalized care plans, we ensure that each resident is leading their highest quality of life, which is our primary goal as a memory care community in Omaha.

Encouraged Family Engagement

Families play an integral role in supporting a loved one who has moved to memory care. That is why here at CountryHouse, we actively encourage familial involvement through frequent visits. In addition to this, we also provide numerous free resources, including educational seminars, to help caregivers and family members to have all the tools they need to be as informed as possible.

In addition, she has an associate’s degree in Advanced Medical Assisting and is a Certified Medication Aide (CMA).

Professionally, Trisha has worked in senior care as both a Medication Aide and caregiver, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Her medical background includes roles in urology and family practice as a certified medical assistant. She has also held leadership positions as a case manager and care coordinator, working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Prior to joining CountryHouse, she was the Director of Family Centered Services, contracted with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

Outside of work, Trisha enjoys spending time with her three children, who are actively involved in sports, cheerleading, and dance. She loves attending their events and supporting them in their passions. Her family also includes three beloved cats: Zoey, Lola, and Foxx. Trisha’s hobbies include shopping, playing tennis, volunteering, watching reality TV, going on walks, and spending time near the water. She also has a deep appreciation for plants, animals, and a special fondness for owls.

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, Trisha is dedicated to treating everyone with dignity and respect. Her guiding principle is to treat others as she would want her own family to be treated, which aligns with her leadership style and personal values. For Trisha, passion is the key to success in any career.

Melissa is our Administrative Assistant. Her mom is a Nurse and her career had an influence on my life path. When she was younger, she had many opportunities to volunteer with the senior community and I loved making those connections. She loves helping others and making a difference.

She started with CountryHouse in 2020 as a Med Aide and has officially been in her Administrative Assistant role since January 2023. Since joining the CountryHouse team, she feels confident that she made the right move. She feels that her personal beliefs strongly align with CountryHouse’s core values and she appreciates working for a company that allows her to make a positive difference in this world every day.

She is currently enrolled at Bellevue University pursuing a Human Resources Management major.

Traci is our Senior Living Sales consultant. As a Senior Living Sales Consultant she is happy to help families and seniors find a home where they can be happy. She worked at Homestead of La Vista, formerly Granville Villa, for seven years as the Sales and Marketing Director before joining the CountryHouse team. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Iowa State University.

She loves the connections she makes with seniors, their families, and friends. Helping people find answers and seeing their sense of relief knowing they will be well taken care of brings her definite satisfaction.

She decided to join the CountryHouse team because of the strong sense of teamwork. From the moment she stepped into the community, she felt welcomed and knew she wanted to be part of such a supportive environment.

If she could eat one thing for the rest of her life, it would be French fries.

Mandy, our Director of Nursing, began her healthcare journey at an Assisted Living Community in Gretna, gradually advancing to the Director of Nursing role over nine years. She then served as a triage nurse at Gretna Family Health for three years before transitioning to LTC at Lifecare Center of Elkhorn. Following a fulfilling tenure at The Meadows at Ashland for over three years, Mandy’s love for seniors and her passion for quality care led her to join the Agemark Team in CountryHouse Omaha. With her dedication and affection for the elderly, she continues to make a difference in their lives every day, inspired by the cherished memories of her own grandparents.

Beyond her professional prowess, Mandy harbors a secret talent for fishing and if she could eat one thing for the rest of her life, it would be spaghetti.

Michele serves as the Life Enrichment Coach for CountryHouse Omaha, bringing valuable experience from her previous roles. She began her journey at Florence Home as an activities assistant before advancing to the position of Activities Director at Via Christy, and later at SouthView Heights. Now, as a proud member of the CountryHouse team, she finds immense fulfillment in her work, knowing she brings joy to the residents.
Outside of work, Michele cherishes time with her three children and indulges her passion for travel. If given the choice, she would happily enjoy lasagna followed by tiramisu for dessert for the rest of her days.
