To qualify for this offer, a refundable deposit must be placed by no later than April 30, 2023, with a move-in or financial possession to occur no more than 30 days post-deposit. The rate lock applies to base rent only (unless an all-inclusive plan is chosen); care fees are not locked and may increase. This offer is only available for new residents of one of our three Lincoln CountryHouse communities and does not apply to respite or temporary stays. The offer is based on room availability and may not be available through the deadline at every CountryHouse community. If rooms are not available at a particular community, we will direct those interested to one of our other community locations.
