Services and Amenities

Memory care is our focus.

Although we’re a licensed assisted living community, CountryHouse specializes only in memory care. We aim to provide loving, supportive care for those with memory loss due to Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. We believe strongly that quality of life can be enhanced in the right environment. We work to trigger positive memories, find common connections, and stimulate the mind, body and spirit of all in our community.

Not all memory care communities are created alike. Choosing the right community for your loved one requires care and research. At CountryHouse, we prioritize a few key concepts, including:

  • Safety and security.
  • Access to medical care as needed.
  • Generous and comfortable accommodations and amenities.
  • Transparent pricing structures.
  • Activities to promote interaction and socialization.
  • Program design based on memory care concepts.
  • Support for family members and caregivers.

What may be most important, though, is finding a place where your loved one will actually feel at home — something we take seriously at CountryHouse. We strive to create an environment that speaks to the warm embrace that only a home can provide.

Designed with purpose.

As a specialized memory care residence, CountryHouse is designed and built for your loved one to feel comfortable and cared for while maintaining their independence.

There are major benefits that come from minor considerations – like multipurpose activity areas that can host games, crafts, entertainers, chapel services and more. Or resident kitchens where the smell of baking can spark a memory. Or an in-house salon where residents can feel pampered without having to leave the premises. And areas to walk and explore while staying safe, including secured outdoor spaces.

Residents also have a room to call their own…or share with a friend! We invite residents to bring their own furniture and mementos to personalize their surroundings. It creates a familiar, comfortable setting that cultivates health and happiness.

Although each one of our 13 communities exhibits it’s own unique design elements, all our communities feature:

  • A secure environment, with staff on-site 24/7.
  • Wonderful common areas and spaces used for activities, special programs and gatherings.
  • Spacious dining rooms where delicious homemade meals are served.
  • On-site salons for cuts and styles.
  • Free local transportation.
  • A homelike environment.

We understand the toll that dementia takes on families. Many folks are responsible for providing care, even when it’s not working for them. A move to CountryHouse means leaving the care to us, so you can focus on being a family once again.

Not ready to make CountryHouse home? We’re still here to help.

If you need support caring for your loved one, but you aren’t quite ready for a move to a community, we can help.

Get some much needed respite.

All CountryHouse communities have the ability to provide short-term “respite” care. A respite stay is a short term stay, ranging from a few days to a few weeks to a few months! If you need to work, travel or simply take a break from care, a respite stay may be helpful for you. It’s also the perfect way to see if CountryHouse could be a good fit as your loved one’s next home.

We provide a comfortable furnished room and short stay guests benefit from expert care, life enriching activities, delicious homemade meals, and most importantly, a safe and secure environment. Respite stays are based on space and availability. Contact your preferred community for more information.

Stay for the day.

Many CountryHouse communities are licensed to provide day stay services. A day stay is exactly what it sounds like – a stay for the day. Day stay participants take advantage of all that our community has to offer, while you take time to work or just have a few hours to yourself. Contact your closest CountryHouse community to see if day stay is offered near you.

CountryHouse is part of the Agemark family of senior living communities. Family-owned and operated, we’ve been treating people like family for over 35 years.
