CountryHouse in Omaha will host a free lunch and learn event on St. Patrick’s Day – March 17, 2026 – featuring presenter Cheri Prince. The topic: The Benefits of Exercise for Individuals Living with Parkinson’s disease or dementia. Enjoy a lunch of corned beef and cabbage.
About Cheri Prince:
Cheri received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 1999. Her clinical interests lie in the treatment of Parkinson Disease and she holds certifications in LSVT BIG, PWR! (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery), and Rock Steady Boxing. She has advanced training in Dual Task Training and has completed the Allied Team Training for Parkinson’s through the Parkinson’s Foundation. She is also a member of the Heartland Advisory Board for the Heartland Chapter of the Parkinson’s Foundation. She has presented locally and nationally on the use of Dual Task Training for PD and Freezing of Gait (FOG), as well as on the Physical Therapy Assessment and Treatment of the Parkinson Patient.
