CountryHouse in Kearney is a lovely, homelike community located close to historical and cultural museums, family-friendly activities and a lively downtown area. Since 2015, we’ve been serving families in the local area by providing exceptional, loving memory care to their loved ones with dementia.

Jennifer is our HR & Administrative Assistant. She joined the CountryHouse team as a CNA in 2018, becoming a CMA in 2020 and promoted to her current position on June 2022. She loves to help others. She has a soft spot for the elderly and tries to impact their day with love and joy as much as she can. The friends here are her family. She is originally from Grand Island, NE but have lived in Holyoke, Colorado, Lexington, NE, and Kearney, NE throughout her childhood. She is currently engaged to her high school sweetheart of 8 years. They have a dog named Bruno who is a mixed terrier. On her time off, she enjoys working out, bike riding, and hanging out with her family. |

Summer began her journey in senior living as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2020 and has recently been promoted to Wellness Assistant. Her passion for providing exceptional care and her dedication to the residents make her an invaluable part of the team. She loves building connections with residents, organizing Halloween activities, and making the holidays a joyful time for everyone. Outside of work, Summer enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her five children. She has a knack for cooking—especially Mexican food—and her favorite color is purple. A creative spirit, she also enjoys crafting and finds joy in making special projects. Summer is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel cared for and celebrated every day. |
Courtney has been a valued member of our team as the Life Enrichment Coordinator for three years. Her creativity and dedication shine through in the engaging activities she plans for residents, making every day enjoyable and meaningful. Courtney has a special connection to our community—her great-grandpa lived here, and she cherishes the time she was able to spend with him before his passing last year. A fun and vibrant personality, Courtney loves singing to the residents, bringing smiles and joy through music. She is also a cat lover with three furry friends at home and enjoys unique hobbies like creating junk journals and finding treasures while thrifting. Courtney’s passion and creativity help make our community a place where residents feel happy, valued, and truly at home. |
Paula is our Dining Services Manager, ensuring residents enjoy balanced and delicious meals every day. She has been a part of our community for four and a half years, beginning her journey in activities before being promoted to the culinary team. Paula’s favorite part of the job is spending time with the residents, who bring so much joy to her workday. She loves being part of a company she considers a truly great place to work. Outside of work, Paula enjoys golfing, camping, and spending quality time with her family. Her dedication and passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience make her an integral part of our team. |
Jaime has been the Maintenance Director at CountryHouse for almost three years. Before joining our community, he worked in the oil field but discovered his true calling here, where he continues to grow both personally and professionally. Jaime values creating a fun and homey environment, believing that everyone deserves to live life to the fullest in a place like CountryHouse. Originally from Wyoming, Jaime moved to Kearney at the age of 13. Known as the “professional uncle” to his nieces and nephews, he’s also the proud “duck dad.” Jaime enjoys hunting, working on cars, and cooking—he’s even the reigning champion of the CountryHouse Kearney chili cook-off! One of his favorite parts of the job is spending time with residents, sharing stories, and ensuring they feel at home. Jaime’s dedication, skills, and passion make him an invaluable member of our team. |
