Homelike & Secure Environment

Safety and security should always be a top priority, but so should creating a welcoming, homelike environment. Our Alzhimer’s care in Omaha offers the perfect balance of both, seamlessly blending together a community that implements safety measures without sacrificing any of the hospitality and warmth.

Holistic Support

Caring for someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease doesn’t boil down to a singular service or amenity. Instead, it is the embodiment of many variables that combine synergistically to create a holistic and well-rounded approach. From necessities like medication management and proper nutrition to offering a robust activity calendar and engaging outings, we are here to provide support for the whole person.

Personalized Care Plans

Because dementia is not one size fits all, neither should be the support you receive. We strive to meet each person exactly where they are and tailor our care to better serve their individual needs. By implementing personalized care plans, we ensure that each resident is leading their highest quality of life, which is our primary goal as a memory care community in Omaha.

Encouraged Family Engagement

Families play an integral role in supporting a loved one who has moved to memory care. That is why here at CountryHouse, we actively encourage familial involvement through frequent visits. In addition to this, we also provide numerous free resources, including educational seminars, to help caregivers and family members to have all the tools they need to be as informed as possible.

Our Leaders

The heart of CountryHouse really shines through in our people. Our team members understand the difference between caring and giving care, and they’re committed to infusing our philosophy of treating people like family into everything they do.

Brittani is the Executive Director for CountryHouse Omaha. Her journey in the senior care started 13 years ago as a CNA in a skilled nursing community. She learned then that she had a passion for serving the senior population and for leading teams of people with a similar passion. From there, she went on to get certified as a medication aide, then transitioned to a business assistant position, later moved into a sales position, finally in 2019 she took her first Executive Director position and has been an ED since.

While she was growing professionally, she continued her educational growth as well. In 2017, she became a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management in 2019 and a Masters in Executive Coaching & Leadership in 2021. She considers herself a lifelong learner and enjoy continuing to educate myself on leadership, team building and the senior living industry.

Brittani has 3 children, Blair (11), Brock (9) and Bennett (3 months) who keep her on my toes and fulfilled. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, trying new foods, and watching her kid’s sporting events. Her family goal is to visit all 50 states before her kids graduate from high school. They enjoy watching and attending Husker/Packer football games, Royals/Stormchaser baseball games and try to catch a NASCAR race when they have the chance.

Melissa is our Administrative Assistant. Her mom is a Nurse and her career had an influence on my life path. When she was younger, she had many opportunities to volunteer with the senior community and I loved making those connections. She loves helping others and making a difference.

She started with CountryHouse in 2020 as a Med Aide and has officially been in her Administrative Assistant role since January 2023. Since joining the CountryHouse team, she feels confident that she made the right move. She feels that her personal beliefs strongly align with CountryHouse’s core values and she appreciates working for a company that allows her to make a positive difference in this world every day.

She is currently enrolled at Bellevue University pursuing a Human Resources Management major.
