Our Folsom community is the newest CountryHouse. Opened in June 2021, this beautiful and modern residence features both private and companion studios and has space for 50 residents to make CountryHouse their home.
CountryHouse in Folsom is located on Iron Point Road, just down the road from Kaiser Permanente and near El Dorado Freeway. Though this community is brand new, a sister residence is located nearby Granite Bay. Families in the area have trusted CountryHouse to care for their loved ones since 2015.

- Living spaces that are as comfortable as they are beautiful, including a living room with fireplace, cozy lounges, and a gathering room with windows that reach nearly floor to ceiling.
- Dining rooms on both the 1st and 2nd floors, each serving delicious homemade meals.
- Unique spaces including a sunroom, innovation studio, fitness area, a hair salon, massage room and manicure stations.
