Katie is the Executive Director at CountryHouse. She brings more than 15 years of experience in senior living to our team, and has served past roles as a CNA, MA, Lead MA, Business Director, and as an Assisted Living Manager. She joined our team in December 2022. She is a passionate leader and greatly enjoys serving seniors.
Traci is our Senior Living Sales Consultant for both CountryHouse locations in Elkhorn and Omaha. She is dedicated to helping families and seniors find a home where they can thrive, offering expert guidance to help future residents choose the best fit. Before joining the CountryHouse team, Traci served as the Sales and Marketing Director at Homestead of La Vista, formerly Granville Villa, for seven years. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Iowa State University.
Traci loves the connections she makes with seniors, their families, and friends. Helping people find answers and seeing the relief on their faces, knowing they will be well taken care of, brings her immense satisfaction.
She decided to join the CountryHouse team because of the strong sense of teamwork. From the moment she stepped into the community, she felt welcomed and knew she wanted to be part of such a supportive environment.
If she could eat one thing for the rest of her life, it would be French fries.
Nicole is CountryHouse’s Director of Nursing. She began her health career as a CNA at the VA Med Center in Walla Walla, WA, at age 18. Years later, she moved to Omaha and continued working as a CNA while attending nursing school. She later became an LPN and has worked in skilled nursing, memory care, home health, and as a Director of Nursing at one other community prior to joining team CountryHouse. Her passion is educating nursing staff, patients and families on the disease process, and ensure those with memory loss are cared for with dignity and respect.
