An experienced memory care advocate with a heart for seniors, Jessica Sanders joined CountryHouse as Executive Director in January 2022. She brings three years of experience as Director of a memory care community along with two years in a regional oversight role. She is passionate about helping those with memory care needs experience an amazing quality of life.

Jessica earned a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from California State University at Los Angeles. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from North Carolina A&T and A Bachelor’s Degree in Africana Studies from North Carolina State University. She holds her RCFE certification.

In her spare time, she enjoys doting over two beautiful fur babies, Gideon and Albert.

Kim Eckert joined CountryHouse in March 2022. With a background in hospitality, realty and sales, she truly understands the importance of finding your perfect home. As CountryHouse’s Senior Living Consultant, she works closely with families who are considering care for their loved ones and helps them determine if CountryHouse is the perfect fit for their needs.

As a realtor, Kim assisted hundreds of families in navigating the home buying and selling processes. She was inspired to pursue a career in senior living after serving as a caregiver for both her mother and mother-in-law. It opened her eyes to the challenges faced by seniors and their families. She’s excited to help people find solutions for their loved ones.

She attended The University of Wisconsin Green Bay and St. Petersburg College, where she studied business management. While in college, she was offered a general manager position at a restaurant, where she managed a 45-person staff, and thus began a rewarding career in service, hospitality and more!

Kim and her family relocated to Folsom from Minneapolis in 2020. Married for more than 20 years, the couple has fostered six children and adopted four. In their free time, the family loves to travel, hike, bike and swim, and is always up for an adventure!
