Our Leaders

The heart of CountryHouse really shines through in our people. Our team members understand the difference between caring and giving care, and they’re committed to infusing our philosophy of treating people like family into everything they do.

Flo Krogman serves as Executive Director at CountryHouse. She plays an integral role in ensuring the physical well-being of all CountryHouse residents.

She has 20 years of experience in health and human services and has previously held roles in cardiac nursing, home health and child welfare before joining the CountryHouse team. From direct care to management, she thrives while serving others in all capacities, but particularly enjoys working with seniors. She holds bachelors degrees in Nursing and Sociology with a minor in Spanish.

An Iowa native, Flo relocated to Nebraska in 2001. She enjoys spending time with her husband and six wonderful children. She recently welcomed her first grandchild. The family also enjoys their pets – dogs, a cat and chickens. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the flute and piano, baking, photography, interior decorating and spending time outdoors.

“I am driven to provide the best quality care possible for residents of CountryHouse. I love working with seniors and finding joy in small moments spent with them – seeing smiles, watching them dance, or even spontaneously playing the piano.”

Terri Morrow joined the CountryHouse team in May 2022. In her role, she works closely with families and residents considering a move to CountryHouse.

With a background in senior care, home health & hospice and general sales, she brings a variety of experiences to our community. She holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Special Education (with a hearing impaired endorsement) and another in Marketing. She is a certified Assisted Living Administrator. She is thrilled to combine her experiences and education and serve those who make CountryHouse their home.

Terri and her spouse, a farmer and rancher, have four children and one grandchild. In her free time, she loves working with animals, volunteering at rescue shelters and fostering animals in need. The family has eight fur babies of their own.

“I chose to join this company because of their vision to treat people like family. I’ve worked with and partnered with several companies and none compare to the culture and philosophy of Agemark communities.”

Morgan Essman serves as Resident Service Coordinator at CountryHouse, where she works to ensure the needs of residents and families are being met as well as ensuring the community runs smoothly.

She brings a variety of experience in senior living, hospitality and administration to the CountryHouse team. She worked for two local senior living communities in serving,  dining room supervisor, dining room manager, administrative and concierge roles. Prior to that, she was a Disney College Program Intern and also worked as a medical records specialist.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Education and Human Sciences with a specialization in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She holds a master’s degree in Social Gerontology from The University of Nebraska-Omaha.

In her spare time, Morgan enjoys Husker Football, music and movies, and anything Disney related.

“I fell in love with serving older adults and their families when I began working in senior living communities as a teenager. My career goals include moving up in this space. I’m so excited to learn from those around me and am thrilled to be at CountryHouse. Our community feels like home!”

Alex Steadman creates flavorful meals, created with love, to the delight of all CountryHouse residents. An Agemark family member since early 2020, he joined team CountryHouse in summer of 2021.

Food is a long-time love, but newer career for Alex. In 2019, he shifted from jobs in web design and development as well as ministry to pursue his passion. He enjoys finding and trying new recipes, new cooking methods and elevating ingredients to truly make them shine. He’s proud to be part of the Agemark family, as he sees an opportunity to help enhance the quality of life for those in our care.

Born in Spokane, Washington, and raised in Chihuahua City, Mexico, Alex now makes his home in Lincoln.

“I have a great appreciation for seniors. Providing wonderful and delicious meals for all in our care makes me feel great. I also feel like I’m giving back to a group of folks who has given so much to so many.”

Nadia Towns joined the CountryHouse family in October 2021. In her essential role at the community, she works to ensure the physical wellness of all residents in our care.

A caregiver since 2015, Nadia is a Certified Nursing Assistant, a Certified Medication Tech and a Certified Phlebotomist. She has experience working in several local senior living communities, particularly those that specialize in memory care. She relishes the opportunity to help others and loves the variety and daily surprises that senior care can bring!

A native of Mississippi, Nadia is proud to be part of a large extended family.

“I came to CountryHouse and Agemark at the recommendation of a friend. They thought I would be a great fit here. They were absolutely right. Working here is so much more than a job, it’s a family.”
