Our Leaders

The heart of CountryHouse really shines through in our people. Our team members understand the difference between caring and giving care, and they’re committed to infusing our philosophy of treating people like family into everything they do.

Diana’s extensive work experience spans various healthcare and leadership roles, including Case Manager, Medical Assistant, laboratory technician, and Executive Director for other companies. Her academic achievements include a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester in upstate N.Y. and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, Diana holds certification as an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Administrator.

Her educational background reflects a deep-seated fascination with the nervous system’s function and its correlation to behavior and learning. This knowledge proves invaluable in her role, particularly in understanding the manifestations of behaviors associated with diseases like Alzheimer’s, influencing her approach when interacting with residents.

Rooted in her culture, Diana holds a profound respect and honor for older adults. Growing up in a Hispanic household, where older adults are revered as the “holders of wisdom,” she emphasizes the importance of listening to their stories and wisdom. This upbringing instilled in her a duty to advocate for this often-overlooked population.

In her personal life, Diana finds joy in spending time with her husband, Blake, and toddler, Navlynn. As her husband coaches the SCC Men’s basketball team, they eagerly support him and the team during the season, cheering from the stands. Diana’s multifaceted experiences, commitment to advocacy, and alignment with CountryHouse’s values make her an invaluable leader.

In her role as the District Senior Living Consultant, Becky brings a wealth of experience amassed over a remarkable 25-year career in healthcare and senior care. Her expertise spans diverse domains, including Durable Medical and Respiratory Equipment, Home Health Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Independent, and Assisted Living. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Administration, Becky’s academic background complements her extensive practical knowledge.

Becky considers it a privilege to play a crucial role in the lives of residents and their families during significant transitional moments. Her passion lies in helping individuals navigate and transition through different levels of care, witnessing the success and peace they experience along the way—a truly gratifying aspect of her career.

Becky’s decision to join Agemark was deliberate, driven by the company’s sterling reputation for quality and a commitment to a resident-first mentality. Residing in Lincoln with her husband, Jeff, Becky’s family includes young adult sons and a delightful cat named Chuck, who provides more entertainment than expected. Beyond her professional endeavors, Becky and her family are avid Husker fans, relishing the excitement of attending Husker Football games in the fall. Additionally, they share a love for the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas. Becky’s multifaceted experiences and genuine passion for enriching the lives of residents make her an invaluable asset to the Agemark community and CountryHouse.

“I chose Agemark because they stand true to their values. While Agemark treats residents like family, they also make staff feel like family.”

Asiah has loved to care for our residents as our Director of Nursing since October 2022. She is pursuing a Psychology Degree at Southeast Community College and obtained her LPN several years ago. Her past work experience includes working as a nurse at a Rehab, Home Health, and now senior living.

She chose to work in senior living because the older some get, the less attractive they think they are. She could not disagree more. Seniors are the generation that has done it all, seen it all, and can tell it all; they’re the most interesting people she has encountered. She honors them by giving them exceptional care, just like she would want for her family.

Asiah is a mother of 3 and loves traveling; crafting is her hobby (she has an LLC and makes apparel and custom items). She was born and raised in Lincoln, NE.

Nadia Towns joined the CountryHouse family in October 2021. In her essential role at the community, she works to ensure the physical wellness of all residents in our care.

A caregiver since 2015, Nadia is a Certified Nursing Assistant, a Certified Medication Tech and a Certified Phlebotomist. She has experience working in several local senior living communities, particularly those that specialize in memory care. She relishes the opportunity to help others and loves the variety and daily surprises that senior care can bring!

A native of Mississippi, Nadia is proud to be part of a large extended family.

“I came to CountryHouse and Agemark at the recommendation of a friend. They thought I would be a great fit here. They were absolutely right. Working here is so much more than a job, it’s a family.”

Chloe, the Resident Service Coordinator for CountryHouse, brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for working with diverse communities. Her professional journey includes significant roles at Better Living Counseling Services, where she supervised foster children during visits with their parents, providing valuable parenting tips and education. She also contributed to the well-being of older adults as an intern at Visiting Angels, a non-medical caregiving company in Lincoln.

A proud alumna of the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Chloe holds a degree in Family Sciences with minors in Gerontology, Sociology, and Psychology. Building on her passion for social gerontology, she pursued and achieved a master’s degree at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

A genuine love for working with older adults fuels Chloe’s enthusiasm for her role. The unique connections she forms across generations bring joy and fulfillment to her daily life. As a Lincoln native who has lived in the city her entire life. Chloe’s enthusiasm and dedication make her a valued member of the CountryHouse community.

Outside of her professional commitments, Chloe and her husband enjoy the simple pleasures of taking their dog to the park on sunny days and embracing the outdoors. Her love for concerts and volleyball further enriches her life outside of work.
