CountryHouse Council Bluffs offers companion, deluxe private and private studios. Each room has a private bathroom (shared in companion rooms) and plenty of space to fill with treasured items to make your space comfortable and familiar.
There is ample storage space for residents. Heating and air conditioning is individually controlled and all utilities are included in the monthly rate.
Tiered All-Inclusive Rates
CountryHouse is pleased to offer a simple pricing plan for families to consider. Our prices are all-inclusive and are based on two things: the type of apartment selected and customized healthcare needs. Most residents of memory care will require assistance with health and personal care. If you are interested in a move to CountryHouse, your loved one will be given a free assessment by our Director of Nursing (in conjunction with their personal physician if you wish) and will be assigned an appropriate level of care. Based on the level of care the assessment shows, they will qualify for one of the packages below. Once assessed, you’re locked into that rate for the duration of your residence. Please note, however, that annual incremental rate increases may apply.
