“You can’t help but fall in love with the residents of CountryHouse. When you can make them happy and see them smile, it is so rewarding. Working with the residents doesn’t feel like a job. I just love being here!”

Mary Zordel is our community’s Dining Manager. She first joined the Agemark family as a cook at another Lincoln CountryHouse, where she worked for nearly two years. After a short stint away, she rejoined CountryHouse in September 2019.

She brings a variety of food service experience to her role, including 15 years as a Kitchen Manager at Lazlo’s and one year as a Kitchen Lead at Gina’s Cafe, both in Lincoln.
