With a career in assisted living that began in 2008, Kimberly Springer brings over 15 years of hands-on experience and heartfelt dedication to senior care. Her journey through the industry includes roles as a caregiver, med tech, wellness coordinator, and care manager—giving her a deep understanding of both the clinical and emotional needs of residents and their families.
 
Kimberly’s passion for improving the lives of seniors led her to thrive in leadership, first as a Sales Director and now as Executive Director with Agemark.  Known for her compassionate leadership style and operational excellence, she is committed to fostering communities where residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home.

Marisa is the our Sales Manager who works closely with families to help them find the perfect place for their loved ones. With a deep understanding of senior care, Marisa guides families through the decision-making process with compassion and expertise.

She takes the time to understand the unique needs of every resident, ensuring a personalized approach to care and community living. Her dedication to building trust and providing support makes her an invaluable resource for families and residents alike.

Maria Pena is a seasoned Licensed Vocational Nurse with over 14 years of experience in senior care and a licensed RCFE Administrator. Since joining Agemark in January 2025, she has brought a compassionate and hands-on approach to her role as Director of Nursing.
 
Maria is deeply committed to supporting families and ensuring their loved ones receive the highest level of care. She works closely with care staff, not only to oversee clinical needs but also to foster professional growth and a positive, fulfilling work environment. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, excellence, and a true passion for making a difference in the lives of both residents and team members.
Chef Michael Griffith brings over four decades of culinary experience to his role as Culinary Services Manager. A professional chef since 1980, Michael has served as an executive chef, business owner, and culinary leader in senior living communities.
His passion lies in creating delicious, visually beautiful meals that bring comfort and joy to the residents he serves. Chef Michael believes that food is more than nourishment—it’s an experience, a memory, and a connection. He takes pride in leading his team with creativity and heart, ensuring every dish reflects the care and dignity our seniors deserve.

James brings over 15 years of direct care experience to his role as Life Enrichment Coordinator at TreVista. With a background that includes serving as an administrator for a small Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and three years as a Life Enrichment Director, James is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of seniors through meaningful engagement.

He is passionate about connecting with residents and helping them live their best lives each day. James treasures every moment he spends with them and finds joy in creating activities that spark joy, curiosity, and purpose. Two of his favorite programs to lead are “Travel in the Morning,” where residents explore different cultures and destinations, and “Baking Buddies,” an afternoon cooking class where they prepare delicious dishes together.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family. He loves watching his twins play sports and going on hikes with them and his wife.

With nine years of experience as a dedicated Maintenance Director, Francisco Ventura takes pride in ensuring properties are well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. His passion for working with seniors shines through in his commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Francisco understands that a well-kept property is more than just aesthetics—it’s about creating a space where people feel at home. His expertise and attention to detail make a lasting impact on the communities he serves.
