Our Leaders
The heart of CountryHouse really shines through in our people. Our team members understand the difference between caring and giving care, and they’re committed to infusing our philosophy of treating people like family into everything they do.
 | Tayler is the Executive Director and has over a decade of experience in healthcare, with the last eight years dedicated to Senior Care. She possesses a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors. Tayler‘s previous position, Assisted Living Manager, brought her immense joy. She enjoyed supporting seniors at a pivotal decision-making point in their lives.

 | Jaycee has been part of CountryHouse since 2020, joining the team shortly after earning her LPN through the AASPN program at Dickinson State University. She began her journey in senior living as a PM Lead Medication Aide, a role she held for just over a year before being promoted to Wellness Assistant. In May 2023, she stepped into her current role as Director of Nursing at CountryHouse, where she continues to lead with compassion and purpose. Jaycee’s journey into senior living has brought her the fulfillment she was seeking, a place where she can build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. She takes pride in being able to advocate for, learn from, and connect deeply with those in her care. Her favorite part of the job is seeing how every aspect of her work carries meaning and impact. Drawn to Agemark for its strong values and family-like culture, Jaycee feels honored to be part of a company that truly values each team member. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through exercise, and has a secret talent for doing backflips on a trampoline. |
