For a limited time, those who deposit by the end of October can save as much as $12,000 over 12 months. To qualify for this offer, an unbundled plan (base rent + level of care) must be chosen. Those who qualify for and opt for an all-inclusive plan can save $6,000 over 6 months. Offer restrictions are below.

Offer restrictions: Offer applies to new residents only. A refundable deposit must be placed by no later than October 31, 2024, with financial possession or a move to occur no more than 15 days post deposit. Those who choose a base rent with level of care plan can save $1,000 monthly over a period of 12 months ($12,000 total). Those who qualify for and opt for an all-inclusive plan can save $1,000 monthly over a six-month period ($6,000 total). If a residency is shorter than 6 or 12 months, the benefits will automatically expire. No cash refund will be given.
